You can fax the enrollment forms and the Postal Ease FEHB worksheet, to HR Shared Services Center at (336) 662-4073 or send by USPS with tracking. The mailing address is HRSSC, Compensation/Benefits, PO Box 970400, Greensboro, NC, 27497-0400. Tracking or a fax confirmation are recommended because eligible employees must enroll within 60 days of reappointment. The tracking will serve as your receipt. If enrollment is not submitted in the first 60 days of reappointment or a qualifying life event employees must wait until Open Season to enroll.
